Saturday Screening Interviews

What is a Saturday Screening?

Olathe District Schools offers three opportunities for selected Certified/Licensed applicants to schedule a screening interview. These interviews are held at the Education Center, 14160 Black Bob Road. [Map to the Education Center]

In preparation for the 2008-09 year, the screening dates are:

• Saturday, February 2
• Saturday, March 1
• Saturday, April 5

One Wednesday evening is also offered for those working full-time in the metro area in other districts. This event will take place at the Instructional Resource Center, 14090 Black Bob Road, on April 30, 2008. [Map to the Instructional Resource Center]

If you have previously screened or interviewed with Olathe District Schools at any recruitment or for any vacancy, it is not necessary for you to participate in the screenings, nor is it a required event.

How do I register?

The above screening events are by invitation from the Human Resource Services and generally correspond to positions which are known to be in demand for the immediate future, whether currently posted or anticipated.

Those applicants who have an active application on file and receive an invitation will be asked to schedule a date and time online.

Any applicant may express an interest in screening once an application is on file. If there are cancellations or last-minute openings, you may be selected as an alternate if you have not received an invitation.
